Delivery and Returns

We understand the significance of ensuring a swift and convenient delivery of your order. Our commitment is to dispatch orders within 2-5 working days.

Please bear in mind that during holidays, sales periods, weekends, and bank holidays, this timeframe may be extended.

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once processed, orders will be shipped based on your chosen shipping method during checkout.

BREXIT

The UK and EU have established a trade agreement effective from 01.01.21, resulting in zero tariffs or duties on trade. This means that all orders placed and shipped within Europe will continue as normal and will avoid any further charges

European orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), and while our courier might contact you for details, you won't incur charges.

DELIVERY ADDRESS: We will always endeavour to ensure you order reaches the correct address however, it is vital to provide accurate delivery details when placing your order, particularly for international orders. Responsibility lies with the customer to ensure accuracy. Changes to order details post-purchase may incur an administration fee of £15.

In the event of incorrect delivery details leading to order returns, customers will bear the cost of resending the item. If no response is received, returned items will be restocked, and a refund issued minus a £15 administration fee.

Shipping Details:

1. UK: Orders within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail. Please allow 3-5 days for processing and 2-3 days for delivery. Delivery fee is £3.75 (Tracked Standard)

Orders over £100 are eligible for free tracked standard shipping

For orders under £100 the delivery fee will be £3.75 (Tracked Standard)

ZONES

Import Taxes & Duties: Recipients are responsible for customs charges and import duties, payable upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country. These charges are not covered by Defy the Stars Ltd.

Customs & Regulations: Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as Defy the Stars Ltd cannot be held liable for items rejected by the destination country.

Returns:

For refunds or exchanges, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

To Exchange / Return your item(s) please email us to request a returns form at idefythestars@gmail.com

This must be completed and include your order number (found on your order confirmation email), your full name and the item(s) you would like to return/exchange

Before returning your items back to us, please make sure they are in the same condition as you received them. All items must be:

• In the original packaging with the label/tag attached
• Unworn, unwashed and unmarked
• Perfume, make-up and smoke free
• Free from pet/animal hair

All items are inspected upon return. 

Alternatively, please include a note/letter with your return including all the relevant information. 

Returns that are received without this information may experience processing delays. 

If you are sending a return from outside the UK, you must clearly state on the customs form that the parcel is a return. 

Once your return parcel has been received, we will process your refund within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange/refund has been processed. 

Please note the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your refund will have the original shipping costs deducted. If you have a requested an exchange, the replacement order will be shipped free of charge. We do not offer a free returns policy.

Any returns received after the return period of 30 days will not qualify for a refund. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge a cleaning fee of £10 if the item conditions of the return are not met.

Please note, we are unable to take responsibility if your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed in transit. We recommend sending all returns back to us with tracked shipping and to obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
